'Doc Nights' continues with the screening of the documentary ‘Over the Limit’ directed by Marta Prus.
Margarita Mamun, an elite Russian rhythmic gymnast, is struggling to become an Olympic champion. It is the most important year of her career and her last chance to achieve the ultimate goal, the gold Olympic medal. The film creates a captivating portrait of a young woman who is desperately trying to handle her own ambitions and meet the expectations of the official Russian training system.

The "Documentary Nights" event is being organized by Brave New Culture in collaboration with the Cultural Workshop Ayion Omologiton and the Cynema Xanthis 3, and is part of the European Moving Docs program (www.movingdocs.org/)
The screening will take place on Wednesday, December 12, at the Agioi Omologites Cultural Workshop in Nicosia (Archontiko Ierodiakonou, 1 Anchialou Street) and is part of the Cinema Wednesdays project, which is supported by the Cultural Services of the Ministry of Education and Culture.
