Performance Descriptions:

Quest by Annesha Michael
In Indian tribes during adolescence every teenager is called to search for his personal vision (vision quest). They go through a trial during which they are challenged to be left alone in the wild, facing the fear towards survival (both physical and psychological) and have to overcome their limits in order to find their own power and core strength.
The human of the post-modern era, during the quest of his/her personal vision, is called to identify the fixed social behavioural patterns and move beyond them by expressing personal inner strength and authenticity.

double days by Evie Demetriou
In her new choreographic work, Evie Demetriou continues to draw inspiration from her sociological research and reflection on “female identity” in contemporary society, focusing on the small and everyday realities within and around us.
In collaboration with dancers Milena Ugren Koulas and Rania Glymitsa, through the use of movement and speech, the performance takes the audience on a journey across the individual and social landscape, enhanced with humor and confessional mood, while seeking to expand the boundaries around pre-determined notions of "dance - performance- audience."

The time quality by Harry Koushos
The male quality as archetype, as powerful creative energy giving form to the element of chaos with its active spirit. This kind of energy presents itself as unhindered by any spatial conventions and thus makes itself evident as movement in time. It is within a universal course of time where separate beings do enter their separate forms. The transformative power of time and the power of resisting time produce a kind of collision which guarantees continuity, an everlasting movement, an ongoing repetition of physical phenomena.

Choreography: Harry Koushos
Dramaturgy: Photini Micheli
Dancers: Michail Kriempardis, Harry Koushos
Sound design/Music: Christos Kyriacoullis
Video-art: Konstantinos Kepolas
