Pat Trudgill
Exhibition of recent work by Pat Trudgill
“Water Colours” is the very straightforward title this exhibition of water colour paintings by Pat Trudgill. The paintings of this Polemi based artist depict Cypriot landscapes and other sceneries, portraits and abstracted representations of natural elements.
Pat Trudgill learnt to paint with Gilbert Wiper towards the end of her career as a Junior school teacher. She have had paintings accepted by the United Artists and by the Society of Women Artists in London.
Her inspiration comes from the nature that surrounds her. Some of her work is naturalistic and some is shapey on the verge of abstract, but all her paintings have to have beauty in them.
More recently Pat Trudgill has begun to enter into the world of portraits, receiving many commissions.
The exhibition “Water Colours” will start on Saturday the 3th of July at 2PM with an informal opening during which you can meet the artist, join us for a glass and enjoy the atmosphere. The show runs until the 5th of August.
