The violin of Cyprus meets the violin of the West
The violin is an instrument that unites East and West, North and South, traditional and classical music. Regarding Cypriot music, the violin holds without doubt the main position. Inspired by this realization, four young musicians from the Czech Republic and Cyprus, members of the music group Philokallia ensemble, decided to carry out the project entitled, “The violin of Cyprus meets the violin of the West”, which also denotes their goal.
