Rondo - Russian Christmas party
Popular Russian singer Alexandr Ivanov and his band “Rondo” will be performing in Limassol on 7th of January for a Russian Christmas party.
Alexandr Ivanov is often called “rock romantic” for the type of music he performs. He became known in Russia in the mid 80s as a soloist of the band “Rondo”. The group performed successfully in Russia as well as USA, Japan, Thailand and other countries.
But the real popularity came to Alexandr when in 1997 he released his first solo-album of lyric ballads “Sinful soul’s sorrow” with many of its songs becoming super-hits in Russia. Since then he released three more albums with a new one “It was me” coming out in February 2011.
