Run as One

Alphamega Hypermarkets are organizing for the first time the race "Run as One," intended to augment the program "Child, Nutrition and Health".

The participation fee for the "Run as One" race is 10 euros for adults and teenagers (12+). Children below 12 years old, can participate free of charge.

All proceeds from the participations will be used for both the promotion of the significance of a healthy nutrition but also for the funding of a personalized and specialized nutrition program for children aged 9 to 12. The program is a collaboration of Alphamega Hypermarkets and the Association of Dietician and Nutritionists of Cyprus.

All participants, aged 12 years and older, will receive a complementary collectible t-shirt of the race, a participation number and a coupon for one free drink.

Entry Application

Applications can be submitted either electronically through the Alphamega Hypermarkets webpage, or at the Alphamega Hypermarkets customer service centers found across Cyprus. Entrants choosing to register at the Alphamega Hypermarkets customer service centers, will receive the collectible commemorative t-shirt, the participation number and the coupon for the free drink on the spot, while those opting for the electronic submission, will receive the package through ACS Courier.

It should be noted that participation without the race's t-shirt and the participation number will not allowed.

After party

The completion of the race (at 19:00) will be followed by a FREE entrance, grand party featuring Onirama, commemorating and celebrating the 20 year anniversary of ΑΛΦΑΜΕΓΑ Hypermarkets

Furthermore, there will food and drink kiosks, as well as a number of activities and playgrounds set for children.

The hostess of the event will be the Brand Ambassador of Alphamega Hypermarkets, Christiana Aristotelous. Moreover, DJ's from Super FM will accompany the runners with their music, invigorating their spirits.

The Race

The start and finish line of the race "Run as One" will be set on the parking grounds of Alphamega Hypermarket in Engomi. The route is 5 km long and will be preceded by a 1 km dash, in which children but also adults can participate.
