Rushes Plus
Dead Famous Productions brings the internationally acclaimed Inbal Pinto & Avshalom Pollak Dance Company to Cyprus for two superb performances of RUSHES PLUS on September 3 and 4 in Nicosia and Limassol.
Rushes will mark the launch of the KYPRIA International Festival. The piece was originally created for the world-renowned American dance company Pilobolus Dance Theater.
Rushes is a comedy-dance that is obviously inspired by the theater of the absurd and the silent film era. It is filled with soul and never-ending visual beauty.
Rushes recall forgotten characters, creating dance magic and proving that there is no limit to the vocabulary of movement of the human body. This so very human story can be described as the circus of life that is told by wandering souls in the arena of life.
