Saturdays at the Museum: Swedish dads and Cypriot dads
Children are welcome to spend Saturday afternoons with us to look, listen, learn and explore the Museum. Each time we introduce a new subject, historical personalities and periods, through creative and playful activities.
For this Saturday we have created an educational programme especially for preschoolers, inspired by the temporary exhibition “Swedish dads and Cypriot dads” which the Museum will host 7-22 March. The children will travel to Sweden in an interactive way, they will be introduced to the hero of the Swedish children books Alfie Atkins and through playing and discussing they will learn about the role of genders in the family.
* Children must be accompanied by at least one of their parents
- Ages: 3-6
- Free admission
On 9 March the event will take place in English and on 16 March in Greek.
