The Secrets of Love
A performance based on the famous classic play of Russian playwright A. N. Ostrovsky "NE VSE KOTU MASLENICA" (Russian proverb). The expression means that nothing good can last forever. Sooner or later, the hearty holiday ends and there comes a black stripe in life.
The intrigue of the play is simple and fun. A rich old man wants to marry a young girl. But he is faced with the desperate girl’s resistance. It turns out that he cannot “buy” love with money.
The play raises some very important issues: serious reflection about human honor and dignity, about the importance of not losing faith and defending your own happiness.
The idea of the play belongs to the famous actor of MHAT, “People's Artist” of Russia, Vyacheslav Nevinny and is realized by his son, Vyacheslav Nevinny Junior.
