The Shadows, German Expressionism in Cinema
"THE SHADOWS, German Expressionism in Cinema and its Legacy"
Evagoras and Kathleen Lanitis Foundation in collaboration with Goethe Institut Cyprus are organising the exhibition, "THE SHADOWS, German Expressionism in Cinema and its Legacy". The exhibition, which includes film screenings, lectures, important exhibits and audiovisual material from this important era in the history of cinema, will be inaugurated on Monday, November 6th, 2017 at 19:30 at the Kastelliotissa Hall, in old Nicosia. The exhibition will open for the public on Tuesday, November 7th, and will remain open until November 19th, with free entrance to all. The exhibition is supported by the Ministry of Education and Culture while it is being realised in collaboration with Deutsche Kinematek and Murnau Foundation, Germany.

The exhibition will be inaugurated on Monday, 6th November at 19.30

Monday - Friday 09:00 - 13:00 | 16:00 - 21:00
Weekends: 11:00 - 22:00
Screenings:
At the especially designed space of Kastelliotissa Hall, the visitors will have the chance to watch films, and excerpts of films. The entrance to all the screenings is free of charge.
