Shoushoukos & Palouzes Workshop
Are you interested in tradition? Do you like traditional delicacies?
Then you are welcome to take part in our 2nd workshop for the preparation of Shoushouko and Palouze.
Following the procedure step by step, you will learn how to make your own Palouze.
The workshop is for up to 6 persons.
Cost of participation: €35 including food and drink (€10 to confirm your participation).
Venue: Traditional Museum Kalopanayiotis – Paktine
Workshop Schedule:
9:30 – 12:00: Inserting of threads, grape juice extraction, preparation of grape must.
12:00 – 14:00: Break and food.
14:00 – 15:30: Preparation of Palouze and dipping.
