Storytelling at the A. G. Leventis Gallery
As part of its first anniversary celebrations, the A. G. Leventis Gallery will dramatise through storytelling several paintings in its collections: Pige’s Island Nobleman, Vryzakis’s enamored couple bidding farewell at Sounio, Harlequin and Pierrot from Oudry’s Commedia dell’ Arte, Renoir’s youngest son Coco, Greece’s exquisite scenery!
The characters and the landscapes of the Greek and Paris Collections come to life through two unique stories created especially for the A. G. Leventis Gallery by renowned Greek storyteller Sasa Vouglari.
The storytelling is interactive and features musical instruments from all over the world and as well as the storyteller’s dramatic enactment of the pieces.
