Street Festival at Faneromeni Square
The Cyprus Teacher of German Association, the Goethe-Institut Cyprus and the Embassies of Austria, Germany and Switzerland will be opening the Month of the German Language at Faneromeni Square, on Sunday, 01 November 2015 between 11:00 - 15:00 with an entertaining street festival accompanied by the wonderful sounds of the “The Windcraft Band” and delicious culinary delights.
At the festival you will be able to test your German language skills with a fun quiz and win great prizes, take an ad-hoc German lesson, learn about studying and traveling to the German-speaking countries, find out all you need to know about German courses at the Goethe- Institut Cyprus and for our young friends we will be offering lots of exciting activities.
Throughout the Month of the German Language a wide range of events have been organized, related to the German language including theatre, cinema, concerts, lectures as well as information on the German speaking countries.
