Transcendental Theatre Workshops

The Transcendental Theatre Workshops combine techniques of Yoga, theatre and physical expression. Our aim is theatrical, physical and psychological training, and the staging of a Transcendental theatre performance.

So far our workshop groups have created the productions "Have I Grown Up?" (May 2012) and "The Essence of the Inseparable" (May 2013), as part of the project "The Illusion of Separateness".

The class will begin with Hatha yoga practices, physical and vocal exercises and visualisations/ meditations.

Theatrical improvisation will follow, taking themes from our own lives, and working towards a Transcendental Theatre production in front of an audience.

Cost: €15/session or €50/month (if pre-paid at the beginning of the month)
