Music Tribute to J.S. Bach and sons
A music tribute to the compositions of Johann Sebastian Bach and his sons, Carl Philipp Emanuel Bach and Johann Christoph Friedrich Bach, on Tuesday, April 11 at 8pm, at Technopolis 20 in Paphos.
Musicians to perform are: Natalia Lezedova (piano), Doros Zesimos (cello) and Nina Ioannidou (piano).
The programme of the concert will include:
J S BACH: Brandenburg Concerto №3 in G Major for 4 hands, Natalia Lezedova (piano) and Nina Ioanidou (piano).
J S BACH: 2nd Solo Cello Suite in D minor, Doros Zesimos (cello).
J S BACH: Prelude and Fugue in F# Major from The Well-Tempered Clavier 1, Natalia Lezedova (piano).
J S BACH – GOUNOD. Ave Maria "Meditation on Bach Prelude in C, Doros Zesimos (cello) and Natalia Lezedova (piano).
C P E BACH: Solfedgio and Rondo (from Sonata in B Minor), Natalia Lezedova (piano).
J C F BACH: Cello Sonata, Doros Zesimos (cello) and Natalia Lezedova (piano).

A few words about the artists
Natalia Lezedova (piano) is a graduate of the Musical Faculty of the State Pedagogical University of Russia, and she also has postgraduate studies in "Musical Art" (2012). She has an advanced training course from the Rimsky-Korsakov Saint-Petersburg State Conservatory (2013). She is a Laureate of five international competitions, among them: two first prizes as a performer-soloist (Saint-Petersburg and Moscow 2012), winner of the Grand-Prix musical festival-competition “Severnaya Venetsia” (2012) and Laureate of the first prize as a concertmaster (Musical Competition Performing Arts Saint-Petersburg 2013).
Doros Zesimos (cello) was born in Cyprus in 1981. He graduated from the National State Academy of Music “Pancho Vladigerov” in Sofia where he studied with Professor’s Anatoli Krastev, Vasil Kazandjiev and Rusi Dragnev. He attended master classes with Yoncho Bayrov, Emilia Baranowska, Thomas Carroll, Maria Kliegel, Franz Bartolomey, Stephan Popov and Bridget MacRae, Chagit Glaser and Peter Somodarin. Doros Zesimos is currently teaching at the Music Workshop of the Cyprus Youth Symphony Orchestra and at the Governmental Music Schools all over Cyprus He is a member of the Cyprus Chamber Orchestra, the Concordia String Quartet, collaborates with the Cyprus Symphony Orchestra and appears in concerts with various ensembles and groups around the island and abroad.
Nina Ioannidou (piano) was born in Russia. She graduated from Musical University of Stavroupoli in Russia and from the Musical Faculty of the University of Greece. In 2003 - 2004 she took part in competitions in Athens and won first and second prizes. She has taught and accompanied in Greece and for the last eight years has taught in music schools in Paphos and Limassol.
