Tribute to Dimitris Semsis and Ioannis Dragatsis
After a successful tribute to Smyrna composer Panayiotis Tountas (1886 – 1942), the music band Trio Levante, formed in November 2014 by the musicians Petros Kouloumis (vocals; lute), Pavlos Michaelides (violin; vocals) and Pantelis Ionas (banjo; guitar; oud; vocals) invites you to a special tribute to Smyrna’s most violin virtuoso and unique composers Dimitri Semsis - Salonikios (1883 – 1950) and Ioannis Dragatsis - Ogdontakis (1886 – 1958).
