A Tribute to Peter Green - The Zilla Project + Foko
On Saturday November 7th, Savino Live, Larnaca, promises a magical night of rarely heard, beautiful music and certainly something you don't want to miss!
The well-known blues-rock band Zilla Project will be joined on stage by guitar chameleon Foko (GR) for a tribute to the legendary PETER GREEN, famous for founding and fronting the great band Fleetwood Mac. Few guitarists have left such a lasting imprint on blues-rock music as Peter Green has. His brilliant playing, singing and song-writing remain unsurpassed.
Foko and The Zilla Project have put together a killer set that spans the first few years of Green’s career. It ranges from pure blues gems to long psychedelic jams!
Foko is an explosive guitarist, with three instrumental CD releases, and a long musical presence both in America and Europe. He is currently leading his new band T.S.O.U and working on releasing their debut album.
Those who’ll find themselves at Savino Live on the 7th of November are in for a rare treat!
