The Main Stage of Skala Theater presents the comedy of Roland Topor "The winter under the table" directed by the award winning director Klitos Klitou.
Roland Topor was a French writer, painter, director and drawer.His last play "The winter under the table" is a pretext to bring to light the trials and tribulations and longings of a woman suffering from a lack of love.
Dragomir, an expatriate cobbler sublets the space underneath the work table of a poor young female translator. He wants to turn it into his workshop and home and this triggers off ambiguous situations and cases of mistaken identity. A tender comedy which deals with immigration and exclusion with humour. The art of being serious in a burst of laughter.
