Yoga Charity Event
The Life Centre, a centre for Yoga and Pilates classes, celebrates 10 years of operation and organizes a Yoga Charity Event on Saturday 11th October 2014 at the Spilies (Caves) in Acropolis Park. Yoga sessions will be offered:
• Baby Yoga (2-12 months) at 11:30am-12:30pm
• Kids Yoga (4-8 year-old) at 3-4pm
• Yoga for Adults (for all ages and levels) at 4-5pm.
Moreover, there will be several educational and entertaining activities at 3-6pm. The celebrations/festivities will culminate with a show of African drumming and offering of healthy snacks and drinks between 5-6pm.
