Breads for restaurant and hotel banquets
An innovative two-day training and development course (run under the auspices of Cyprus Hotel Association) specially designed for Pastry and Bakery Chefs will take place in Nicosia. The workshop is Organized by Gastronomy Essentials a company in the field of designing professional cookery and pastry workshops in Europe, Greece and Cyprus, highlighting the value of ongoing and interactive training by acclaimed F&B professionals.
On 21 & 22 November 2019, the fast-rising Bakery Chef Haris Papalitsas will present a unique 12 hour (6 hours / day) educational program on "Bread for Restaurant & Hotel Blades- Innovative Breads" . In this seminar the finest details of the baking process (kneading, curing, rolling, baking) will be taught. Particular emphasis will be given to issues such as: slow maturation, raw materials quality, attractive product apperance, creation of original recipes with focus on restaurants (either independant or as hotel-based). Also a full array of techniques will be presented to ensure production stability, as well as the ideal theoretical background, who knows the "Reasons" for the development of each technique. The program will use localy produced Cypriot.
The program is centered around Demonstrations, with a tasting part. During the seminar participants will be given a detailed Recipe Book, with all the recipes prepared, and upon completion of the training participants will receive a Certificate of Attendance.
