"Mignardises" for the Hotel Industry
An innovative two-day training and development course (run under the auspices of Cyprus Hotel Association) specially designed for Pastry and Bakery Chefs will take place in Nicosia. The workshop is Organized by Gastronomy Essentials a company in the field of designing professional cookery and pastry workshops in Europe, Greece and Cyprus, highlighting the value of ongoing and interactive training by acclaimed F&B professionals.
The acclaimed Pastry Chef Dimitris Chronopoulos will present, on November 12 & 13, a 14-hour (7 hours / day) training course on "Mignardises for Hotels" addressed to professional pastry chefs working in hotels, pastry shops, and catering companies. The theme of the seminar focuses on the new combinations of mignardises, offered either as a complementary to the room's welcome service, as a coffee/tea accompaniment in hotel cafes, as an after lunch/dinner desserts, or finally as products for the hotel's patisserie shop. The Human Resource Development Authority of Cyprus (HRDA) approves the course for a grant - a clear indication of the high level of course material.
The program is centered around Demonstrations, with a tasting part. During the seminar participants will be given a detailed Recipe Book, with all the recipes prepared, and upon completion of the training participants will receive a Certificate of Attendance.
